What we keep
- Account: your email, company name, return address and a one-way hash of your password.
- Labels: the recipient name and address you enter, so you can reprint and track them, and the email address of any customer you send a label to.
- Tracking: USPS scan events (time, facility, city, state, ZIP) for barcodes we issued.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the pack, amount and Stripe reference.
Who can see what
Recipient names and addresses are visible only in your account. The public tracking page shows scan status only. Unless you turn it off in Settings, tracking pages for your labels are listed in search engines (sitemap and IndexNow) so a search for a tracking number finds its status page. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers.
We email you for account confirmation and password resets. Labels you send go to the address you enter, with replies directed to you.
